Return and Refund Policy
- Stock Items: Notify us within 24 hours of receipt if you wish to return. Return the item within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags. Delivery and assembly costs are non-refundable. Refunds are based on the item's condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Assembled or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged or Defective Items: We will repair or replace these items promptly. Notify delivery personnel immediately if there are damages or missing goods. Manufacturer’s warranty on faulty goods applies.
- Order Changes: Changes may not be possible once an order is in production, but we will try to assist.
- Delivery Issues: Failure to take delivery on the scheduled date incurs a storage charge of AED 450/day.
- Customized Products: These cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing damages.
Shipping Charges and Timelines
- Within Dubai, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Al Ain, and Fujairah: AED 200, 4-8 working days.
- Abu Dhabi: AED 300, 4-8 working days.
Order Fulfillment Process
- Sales Order Created: Order acknowledged and SO created.
- Production Initiated: Production of your order starts.
- Production Completed: Notification sent upon completion.
- Awaiting Final Payment: Awaiting final payment confirmation.
- Final Payment Received: Order scheduled for shipping.
- Shipping Scheduled: Shipping and installation scheduled.
- Shipped: Order dispatched and delivered.
